WHAT DOES SHEA BUTTER SMELL LIKE? 
Shea butter, produced from the shea nut, naturally has a mild, nutty aroma that fades shortly after application. We only work with producers that place the utmost care in sourcing the best shea nuts and producing shea butter that matches our demand for consistent, high quality ingredients.
ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
We have an underlying company policy of "simple(r) is better." We therefore seek to provide you with natural, soil-driven wellness products, and work to avoid the use of animal products. Please closely check the description of each product. We provide full disclosure of all ingredients for each product there. 
ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?
We do not and will never test on animals, always remaining cruelty free.
Why do you SHIP IN glass jars?
In an effort to stay true to our sustainability goals, we opted for glass which is reusable, recyclable, and free of petro-chemicals that could then infiltrate the product. Thus, our products are safe from production to consumption. 
DO YOU OFFER PRODUCTS FOR CHILDREN / BABIES?
With the exception of essential oils (which are not recommended for young children and babies), our products such as shea butter and coconut oil are safe and effective for babies as well (external use only).
Do you offer products for men?
All of our products can be used for men as well. For example, coconut oil is an excellent beard oil, providing light, yet effective moisture and a soft, attractive sheen. However, we are currently developing products that cater to specific needs of men as well. 
I PLACED AN ORDER MORE THAN 3 DAYS AGO AND I have yet to receive my tracking email. Where is it?
That's odd! Please check your spam folder, just in case. If you still do not see it, contact us immediately at soothe@idrispieces.com and we'll resolve this issue as quickly as possible. 
Can I make changes to my order?
Once you receive an order confirmation number, changes to your order cannot be made. However, you may make an additional purchase if you see something else you like.
